Q: How much does it cost to set up a store?
A: Nothing! There are no setup fees, no subscription fees, and no hidden costs.
Q: How much does the PTA earn?
A: PTAs receive 20% of every sale, paid monthly. Pilot schools get 25% for the first 3 months.
Q: Do we have to manage inventory or take orders?
A: Nope! We handle all printing, shipping, and customer service. Your PTA never touches inventory or order forms.
Q: How often can we update our designs?
A: Every school gets one complimentary new design each year. Pilot schools get two in their first year. Additional designs can be added at any time.
Q: What types of products are available?
A: We offer a wide range of apparel and accessories — T-shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags, and more. See our Sample Store for the full product line.
Q: How quickly will families get their orders?
A: Orders are shipped directly to families, typically within 7–10 business days.
Q: Can families outside our community order?
A: Absolutely! Anyone with the link to your store can shop and support your school.

A: Simply fill out our Interest Form. We’ll set up your custom store and have you up and running quickly.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse your school’s online SpiritWear Corner store, add items to your cart, and check out securely online.
Q: Where will my order be shipped?
A: Orders ship directly to the address you provide at checkout.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on the way.
Q: What types of products are available?
A: We offer T-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, and more — all customized with your school’s mascot and spirit designs.
Q: Can I order for family and friends?
A: Yes! Share your school’s store link with anyone who wants to support your school. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.
Q: What sizes are available?
A: Most apparel is available in youth and adult sizes (XS–5XL). Size options are listed for each product.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Since each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or there is an error with your order. If that happens, just reach out to our customer service team with a picture of the product and we’ll make it right.
Q: Does my order help the PTA?
A: Yes! 20% of every purchase goes back to your school’s PTA to support programs, activities, and resources for students.
